Baker’s Bay Villa

Located in the exclusive Baker’s Bay Golf & Ocean Club, this Abaco Sea front estate includes a main house, guest house, golf cart garage, palapa and an eighty-two-foot long infinity edge pool with its own pool house. The single-loaded main house floor plan provides a waterfront view for almost all of the interior spaces. In addition to the main house's bunk room and five guest bedrooms (each with their own en suite bathrooms), there is a second floor master bedroom suite with its own porch overlooking the pool and the Sea beyond. Stylistically, the architectural design draws from a variety of Palladian and Anglo-Caribbean precedents. The simple yet refined detailing reads both contemporary and traditional at the same time.

Greek Revival Farmhouse

A Manhattan couple purchased this magnificent 18-acre estate, which at the time, had a serviceable 1960s modern house on it. After careful study, it was decided to demolish the existing structure and replace it with a Greek Revival farmhouse that would fit in better with the bucolic nature of the site. In order to maintain a domestic scale, the house is designed to look as if it was constructed in three parts, in the additive way most houses in New England were built. The grounds include a pool and pool house, motor court and garage, staff quarters, and a tennis court.

The grounds include a new garage, pool, and pool house; and an existing pond-front guest cabin was substantially renovated.

caribbean estate outbuildings

The new owner of this Caribbean estate hired us to customize it for use as his guest house and personal office for his international businesses. We designed a large thatched roofed multipurpose palapa for convention meetings and large celebrations. A Chinese Chippendale pavilion, which serves as an exotic backdrop for intimate dinners, was inserted into an existing courtyard; and a coral stone pool house with changing facilities, an outdoor shower, and serving bar was added to the existing pool pergola.
